Allison has served on CCFW's Board of Directors since March of 2020. Allison is the founder of Allison Rix, Inc., a national recruiting firm for the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industry. Allison spent more than 14 years in medical sales and management. She started her award-winning career with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where she was the youngest sales representative promoted to District Sales Manager. Allison was a National Sales Director for Biovail. Today, she uses her extensive industry knowledge and relationships to attract top talent and provide superior recruiting services to clients and candidates. Allison resides in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband and son.

Beth Kwasny

Beth has been involved with CCFW since attending her first Creating Hope luncheon in November of 2006. She has volunteered in various capacities and was honored to join the Board in April of 2020. She and her family had been long-time members of the Good Shepherd Catholic Community in Colleyville but since mid-2022 call St. Jerome's in Bowie their home parish. Professionally, Beth served in the US Air Force, retiring from the AF Reserve at the rank of Colonel, and works part-time for a government contractor supporting the Department of Defense. She and her husband, James, have four children (Alicia, Nolan, Davis and Monica) and one son-in-law (Jacob).

Butch Bercher

Butch has served as a member of CCFW's Board of Directors for more than 10 years. After retiring from a 32-year career at GTE, now Verizon, Butch became a ‘professional-volunteer' in 2000. Butch is a veteran of the United States Army (82nd Airborne). He holds his Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Albany and his MBA from Elon University. He has been married to his wife, Frankie, for 57 wonderful years. Together, they have two children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Caroline Cooley - Treasurer

Caroline Cooley is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Crestline Summit, the hedge fund division of the Fort Worth-based investment management firm, Crestline Investors, Inc. which she joined in 1998. Ms. Cooley previously worked at Taylor and Company, an investment firm associated with the Bass family, as a portfolio manager, trader and risk manager from 1986-1997. Ms. Cooley and her husband, Jim, are parishioners at Good Shepherd Catholic Community in Colleyville.

Cindy Casey

Cindy Casey is the Head of Client Services at Catholic Charities Fort Worth. As such, she oversees long-term case management programs, including Padua, which is a randomized control trial conducted in partnership with the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities at the University of Notre Dame. She has worked at CCFW for 12 years and was part of the management team that oversaw the introduction of the agency's Padua Poverty Pilot in 2014. Cindy has lead the Padua team through the development of strategies that support client engagement and success by specializing in a problem solving framework and strategic use of resources and financial assistance. In addition to general case management and Padua, Cindy oversees the agency's Resource Stability program, Client Outreach; and the agency's Career Development team.

Deb McNamara

Deb's career with CCFW began in 2014. Since then, she has filled various roles ranging from Vice President of Advancement to Interim President and CEO. Deb brings more than 30 years of executive-level experience in major corporations, including Verizon and GTE Network Services. Her niche includes financial management, including business and budget analysis, as well as engineering and planning, call center strategy, sales channels, marketing campaigns, strategic acquisition and more. Deb holds an MBA from California Lutheran College, and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Eastern Illinois University. She lives in Southlake, Texas, where she's an active member at GSCC. She's been married to her husband Ray for 42 years. They have two children, Josh and Brittany, as well as four grandchildren.

Jennifer Strand

Jennifer leads CCFW's Research and Analytics team. In this role, she oversees the development of quantitative and qualitative program evaluation protocol to improve services and assess impact. She also led the development of CCFW's Out of Poverty Pathways, an agency-wide systems map designed to strategically innovate poverty solutions. Jennifer earned her doctorate in Experimental Psychology, with an emphasis on Health and Neuroscience Psychology, from the University of Texas at Arlington. She resides in Arlington with her husband and three children.

Josh Audi - CFO

Joshua grew up in Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts: Economics and Government and Politics. He planned to move to Turkey, but God steered him to Texas when a work opportunity came up with Catholic Charities Fort Worth. He started at CCFW 17 years ago in a temp position doing data entry where he fell in love with the mission and the people he worked with. Joshua continued his education at the University of Texas at Arlington where he received his Masters of Professional Accounting. He Excels as the current Chief Financial Officer. Joshua is a devoted father and husband to a native Texan, Elizabeth, and his four children. He not only enjoys playing soccer, but he also coaches his boys' soccer teams, and finds time to play an active role in his sons' school PTA. He is the master of balance!

Kristy Brown

Kristy has been a CCFW team member since 1998. Her commitment to end poverty for her friends and neighbors in need is paramount to the continued success of our organization. From front line staff to the Development team, Kristy's numerous accomplishments include the capital campaign for CCFW's Fort Worth campus, the $50 million KNOW Poverty Initiative and the creation of our agency's Endowment, which ensures that CCFW can end our clients' poverty for generations to come. In her current role as Head of Advancement, Kristy is responsible for overseeing CCFW's annual fundraising goal of more than $11 million. A Fort Worth native, Kristy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. She's a self-professed true crime junky and a lover of traveling, live music and her faith, which she takes particular pride in sharing with her beloved five-year-old daughter, Trinity Grace.

Michael Iglio - CEO, President

After 20+ years working in for-profit leadership positions ranging from Frito Lay to the health care industry, Michael joined Catholic Charities Fort Worth (CCFW) as COO in 2020. During his tenure, Michael has helped to navigate the agency through the pandemic, all while rolling out our hallmark model for services called Pathways, which helps clients on their own unique journeys out of poverty. Additionally, he ensured CCFW maintained a company culture that Gallup Q12 ranked in the top 21st percentile of engaged workplaces in the world. A seasoned engineer by trade, his passion is finding and fixing the root causes of an issue. With an eye on research, Michael works to use the data gathered about our poverty-ending work to maximize services and ensure no more repeat customers. Michael earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and resides in Lewisville, Texas, with his wife, Jana, and two children.

Peter Hicks - COO

Peter is an accomplished operations management professional and well experienced in organizational strategic planning. After cutting his teeth in Marketing and Sales, Peter went on to serve as Vice President and, later, President of Siplast, an industry leader in the building materials industry. Following a successful career of nearly 40 years, Peter now brings his innovative leadership and operational expertise to CCFW and the nonprofit sector. Peter obtained his Bachelor of Arts from The Citadel, the military college of South Carolina in Charleston. He is an avid outdoorsman, with a particular passion for golf and fishing. Peter and his wife are members of Good Shepherd and reside in Colleyville, Texas.

Tanya is a skilled Human Resources leader with more than 20 years' experience in building and leading successful teams. She has worked in both the non-profit and for-profit sector, and has the unique ability to create organizational and relational strategies to further the mission and vision of CCFW. Tanya holds a Master of Arts in Organizational/HR Management from Dallas Baptist University. She is the youngest of six and the first member of her family to graduate college. She resides in Arlington with her husband of nearly 40 years and enjoys spending time with her five grandbabies and celebrating Christmas all year long.
