Christian has provided independent testimony on matters of delay to arbitration proceedings in the GCC. Christian has experience in arbitration under DIAC, LCIA and ICC rules.
Christian is an expert witness with testifying experience on matters of planning, delay and disruption. Christian is a Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators, and has over 24 years of construction management, contracting and construction claims experience.
Dan has been involved in numerous dispute roles in high value multifaceted arbitration and litigation proceedings and acted as Quantum Expert on numerous occasions. Dan has a working knowledge and experience of commercial and contracts management, dispute resolution and international arbitration. He has gained experience in various sectors including MEP services, leisure/entertainment, building, high rise, healthcare, aviation, education, power and oil and gas.

Daniel Rimmer is a Senior Consultant with CBBG Group, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He has over 18 years of experience working within multi-discipline teams on large, complex projects across the UK, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australasia. Daniel is a qualified quantity surveyor with an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Daniel has developed extensive technical and commercial knowledge from experience accumulated when working for both international and domestic clients. Daniel has primarily dealt with standard form contracts such as the FIDIC, JCT and NEC throughout his project experience.
Throughout his time working in dispute resolution, Daniel has worked on International Arbitration proceedings and is experienced in acting as an assistant to the appointed Quantum Expert.
Daniel's quantum experience includes supporting various disciplined expert witnesses for major international arbitration matters in relation to education facilities, oil and gas, power stations, processing plants and infrastructure.

Edel has over 10 years' experience working in operations and office management in various industries including construction.
Based in the UAE since 2007, Flordeliza has almost 20 years experience in finance and accounting, specific to the construction sector.
Ivana has been appointed as a delay expert to provide an independent opinion on matters of programming and delay, and she has acted on multiple occasions as the lead assistant to delay experts in arbitration and adjudication proceedings under ICC, QICCA, ADCCAC, and DIAC rules.
Ivana is an experienced forensic delay analyst and an RICS Registered Expert Witness. She has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE and the Middle East, working with major Clients, Contractors, and Subcontractors on multi-billion complex construction projects in a variety of sectors.

Ken has extensive experience in Commercial Management, Contract Administration and Dispute Resolution under the FIDIC, NEC, IChemE, JCT and bespoke forms of contract. Ken has acted as Quantum Expert including giving oral testimony in front of leading Arbitrators and Counsel. Ken has, solely and as the lead in technical teams, carried out independent third-party expert determinations

Kyle is a quantity surveyor with over 10 years' experience in the construction industry. Having been in the UAE since 2015, Kyle initially worked as a consultant quantity surveyor gaining experience in BoQ preparation, cost estimates, tendering, cost reporting, claim and variation analysis. Since joining CBBG Group, Kyle's role has been to assist numerous Quantum Experts with various forms of quantum analysis and preparation of Expert reports.
Lance is an award winning, RICS accredited, construction expert witness. He is included in the Who's Who Legal 2021 leading Construction Expert Witnesses' guide. Furthermore, he has been awarded, via Lexology's Client Choice Awards, best construction expert witness within the UAE, as well as recently been awarded best Construction Expert Witness firm 2022 by MEA Markets UAE Business Awards.

Michael is a quantity surveyor, and an RICS registered expert witness in quantum. He has over 23 years of experience as a quantity surveyor/quantum consultant and has been appointed as a quantum expert. Michael's experience has focused on dispute resolution, claims management, and quantum expert services for the past nine years. Michael has assisted in over 15 expert commissions and continues to act as a lead assistant on large commissions. Michael's experience has been gained on projects across the UK, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australasia.

Muhammad is a Senior Consultant at CBBG Group. He has extensive experience in the Construction Industry having been involved with several Mega projects within the Airport, Rail/metro, Roads and Bridges, Marine works and Energy sectors. Muhammad has developed business processes in line with the strategic goals, project baselines, and progress reporting systems. He has identified project risks and performed qualitative and quantitative analysis. Muhammad has processed and analyzed insight project data forecast, probability, variables correlation, linear regression and cluster analysis. He has worked with project claims teams to perform time and cost delay analysis and performed quality audit and implementation.
With over 20 years experience working with and for some of the worlds' leading experts, barristers and lawyers, Paul is a trusted and highly-regarded operations and business development professional. Paul started his career in London as Barristers Clerk in 2004 with a leading common-law and commercial set, where he remained until moving to the Middle East in 2012.
Phil has been in the Middle East region since 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Phil has acted as Quantum Expert including giving oral testimony in front of Arbitrators and Counsel and assisted Quantum Experts in the preparation of reports for major international arbitration proceedings.

Robert is an Associate Director of CBBG Group. Robert has over 10 years of experience in construction planning, construction claims and is an experienced forensic planner and delay analyst. Robert has gained considerable experience in the preparation of extension of time claims for the purposes of claim submissions to Employers, as well as expert commissions in both arbitration and litigation.
Sean has extensive experience in the specialist disciplines of delay and disruption analysis. He has been appointed as an Independent Delay Expert and drafted numerous reports providing a third-party opinion relating to specific matters of construction project delay. He is a disciplined practitioner of AACE International Recommended Practice No. 29R-03 and has been formally trained to provide expert witness evidence.
Stephen is a Partner of CBBG Group and has over 25 years industry experience in consultancy and client roles across various sectors in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Hong Kong SAR. Walied is a planning/scheduling expert with comprehensive experience in scheduling and project controls, as well as delay analysis and forensic planning. He has provided expert advice and expert witness services to contractors, subcontractors, and project owners on various complex construction projects; ascertaining the facts of delay and demonstrating cause and effect in relation to extension of time claims using a variety of delay analysis methods.
