As we celebrate 75 years of our work engaging neighbors to help neighbors, the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest is uniquely positioned to truly effect change for another seventy-five years... We support nonprofit human service organizations through our grant making process and targeted funding. We engage our community through opportunities to donate, volunteer, or participate in our community-wide events. We collaborate with our grant recipients to advance the impact and efficacy of their programs. We are here to make our community stronger and a welcoming place for all residents.
