Angela was an active member of the duty barrister scheme in the Melbourne Magistrates Intervention list and a member of the Victorian Bar Duty Barrister Committee. She accepts probono briefs in her areas of specialisation.

John Morgan has practised primarily in revenue and superannuation law since coming to the Victorian Bar in 2004, and for many years prior to that, as a partner in Freehills, now Herbert Smith Freehills (2000-2003); Blake Dawson Waldron, now Ashurst (1997-2000) and Phillips Fox, now DLA Piper (1989-1997). John will also accept briefs in taxation related matters, such as family law property settlements and professional negligence cases involving taxation advice.
John is also a a nationally accredited mediator and is available to act as a mediator.
By way of further background, John also taught tax at Monash University (2003-2004); is a member of the Law Council's Melbourne Tax Committee and is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia. John also served, in 1998, on the ‘Tax Law Improvement Project', which was charged with re-writing the income tax law, in ‘plain english', into the, then new, Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 Act. He was also appointed, in 2008, by the then Assistant Treasurer, to serve as a private sector representative on the ‘Tax Design Review Panel', which delivered a report on better design and delivery of tax laws.

James is a member of CommBar and have been a member of the Victorian Bar Dispute Resolution Committee and the Legal Assistance Committee.
James is a former member Board of the Aviation Safety Foundation of Australia (ASFA) based in Canberra, which was until recently chaired by the former Minister for Transport, The Honourable John Sharp, and has lately merged with the international Flight Safety Foundation.
