Kari Haning joined CHRIS 180 in 2023 as the Recruiter for our Foster Care and Adoptions Program. She has more than 20 years of experience in the child welfare industry, including knowledge and experience in direct service, family preservation, foster care, adoptions and resource recruitment and development. Haning, who is IMPACT training and SAFE certified, holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Kennesaw State University. In her free time, she enjoys being active outdoors and spending quality time with her son and daughter. Kari looks forward to engaging and educating the surrounding communities on CHRIS 180 and the benefits of becoming a Foster and/or Adoptive Parent.

Lindsay Neubauer

Job Titles:

Lindsay Neubauer joined CHRIS 180 in 2018 as our Foster Care and Adoptions Home Study Specialist and has more than 12 years of experience in the child welfare system. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee Wesleyan University and is a certified IMPACT trainer, Together Facing the Challenge trainer and is SAFE certified. Neubauer is dedicated to identifying, certifying, and helping to build foster and adoptive families.

Taesha Wilcox

Taesha Wilcox joined CHRIS 180 in 2023 as the supervisor of our Foster Care and Adoptions Program. Wilcox, who spent time in foster care as a child, always dreamt of becoming a social worker and making an impact on the lives of children and families.. Taesha holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Georgia State University and enjoys being a passionate advocate for youth and families.

Tiffani Wallace

Tiffani Wallace joined CHRIS 180 in 2023 as the Foster Care and Adoptions Specialist. During her career, Wallace has worked for the Department of Family and Childrens Services, in group homes and with various private foster care agencies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Wartburg College and is actively pursuing an advanced degree. Wallace's passion is helping people create fulfilling lives and feels called to her work at CHRIS 180.
