Brad Barson

Brad is an experienced musician turned instructional designer with a passion for education. His experience includes designing secondary and higher education as well as instructor training programs. He is also experienced in large audience online training events and social networking for employee support. His skill and enthusiasm for designing impactful educational experiences are key to his success. Brad holds a M.S. in Learning Technology and Instructional Design from Utah State University and a Bachelors of Music in Education.

Jeff Kosse

Dr. Kosse has been teaching online and in the classroom since 1997, and has transitioned to full-time instructional design. He has experience in principles of backward design, universal design for learning, and DEI initiatives. He also possesses expertise in composition, American literature, ethnic literature, American film, and jazz/blues literature. His recent experiences include training faculty in using Canvas, developing course objectives, finding and implementing open education resources, training in the use of Office 365, and producing and implementing a peer evaluation of teaching program. Jeff holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Nebraska

Jorge Pindea

Jorge brings a wealth of knowledge in project management and instructional design. He has developed training solutions for business, governmental, and education organizations. He is an outstanding team member on any project and brings a diverse range of technical skills to the table.

Mandy Thomas

Job Titles:
  • Designer
Mandy Thomas is currently LMS Content Coordinator for a major religious institution. Her role is to organize, coordinate, support, create, and manage courses and programs. She also has experience in creating higher education courses, training courses, and facilitating workshops. She has a passion for the e-learning field and strives for quality and timely work. She is an experienced online science instructor and subject matter expert for building of these course types. Mandy is pursuing a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology, she holds a Masters in Microbiology, a QM Applying the Rubric Certification.

Michael Matthews

Michael's instructional design experience includes designing, developing, and teaching courses for George Mason University, Utah Valley University, and Brigham Young University campuses. Dr. Matthews' professional titles include author, adjunct professor, instructional designer, and manager of online curriculum development. His dissertation focused on the concepts of learner agency and responsibility for learning. Michael holds a Ph.D. and Master of Science in Instructional Psychology and Technology from Brigham Young University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology

Rex Allen Holiday

Dr. Holiday's instructional design experience includes designing, developing, and teaching courses for the University of Utah and the University of Florida. Dr. Holiday's professional titles include author, adjunct professor, senior manager of curriculum and instruction, and head of instructional design. He is the co-author of The Family Link to Education - The Road to Personal and Professional Success, and an international screenwriting contest finalist.

Sarah J. Huibregtse

Dr. Huibregtse has an eclectic background includes a trifecta of experience in the areas of Instructional Design & Technology, Computer Science Education, and instruction in K12 and higher Education. She is a highly credentialed instructional designer and teacher with an extensive background in computer science education. Much like the systems she teaches and programs she designs, her career has been the assembling of elements that work together to achieve a specific outcome while at the same time creating limitless possibilities. She has also worked as a Director and Senior Instructional Designer, Instructional Technology Coordinator, SharePoint Administrator and Implementer, Blackboard and Moodle Administrator and Support, and Software Training Specialist. Sarah holds a Ph.D. in Education with specialization in Instructional Design for Online Learning, a M.S. in Computer Science Education, a Web Development certification and a BA in Elementary Education. She served in the US Navy aboard the USS Mount Hood, and in the Wisconsin Army National Guard with the 32nd Military Police Company. ​

Steven Adams - President

Dr. Adams served as a tank commander in the United States Marines before enter his career as an educator teaching from 3rd grade to college. He also worked as a building administrator for private and charter schools and then as the Director of Charter, Virtual and Home Education at the Florida Department of Education. Later he was a consultant for online and charter schools before working as an instructional designer and administrator building a worldwide online college program. Steven holds a Ph.D. in Foundations of Education from Florida State University, a M.S. in Education and a bachelor's in business .

Tyler Beckstrom

Tyler is an experienced instructional designer who has worked within higher education, elementary education, and government to deliver all manner of learning and training. He has worked to develop resources from the simplest training materials to full-blown courses and programs, from PDF resources to video and multimedia interactive modules. He has taught online courses and facilitated large online events.
