Duncan Coppock

Job Titles:
  • Director of Training
Duncan works internationally with a variety of personal clients as well as with senior executives and managers in a wide range of organisations. He trains and mentor coaches internationally and is a professional mentor coach and director of training for different ICF accredited coach training organisations. He is an ICF assessor trained in using the PCC markers. He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation and has over 35 years' experience of personal development work. He has been empowering people, one-to-one and in groups, for 30 years or more. He is author of "The Self Factor" - with foreword by Sir John Whitmore (author of Coaching for Performance). In 'previous lives', he has been an educator, a performer and a teacher of the Alexander Technique.

Ivar Lukk

Ivar has more than 25 years' experience managing companies in telecoms, banking, manufacturing, trade, real estate and IT fields. Most prominent of these have been Forexbank, Tele 2 Estonia and the Tallinn Stock Exchange. As a leader he has always valued learning. He holds a master's degree from the London Business School, took a 3-year psychotherapy studies in Tartu, Estonia and obtained a NLP Coach Certificate from the Academy of Leadership Coaching and NLP. He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an NLP Master Practitioner. The flow of life has brought Ivar to coaching, where his versatile management experience interacts with life lessons, psychological knowledge and coaching skills.
