This project is conducted in the context of the INTERREG 2 Seas (2014-2020) EU programme that facilitates cross-border cooperation between England, France, Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands. Within this programme, the ENDURE project is set-up to ENsure DUne REsilience in the region considering the expected climate change. HHNK (water authorities in the Netherlands) is one the project partners in ENDURE
