CORBEAU WINE BAR

Corbeau Wine Bar is a unique wine bar that is family owned and operated by Elizabeth and Mary Martin, and their husbands Mark and John Martin. Corbeau will be the first and only wine bar in the state of Alabama to have self-serve wine on tap for all our patrons to enjoy. We wanted to bring an exciting and fresh way for everyone to enjoy their wine, and maybe even find a new favorite! Our motto is "Drink wine with joy!", and that is exactly what we hope to bring to our outstanding community... Corbeau will serve some great wine, but we also have an awesome small plates menu. Think full charcuterie boards, and delicious flatbreads and paninis. To make this part of our vision come to life, Corbeau has brought on another partner, Dean Maio. Dean has extensive knowledge and experience in the kitchen, both cooking and operations, and will be serving up great dishes to pair with your wine!
