Covid Care Network is a not-for-profit organization structured as a framework of covid winners and their family members along with individuals from different walks of life, from physicians, health workers and volunteers involved or willing to get associated in integrated covid care across the society... Covid Care Network is there to guide and advice, offer medical advice to the covid infected, in home isolation facilities through periodic contacts and monitoring. We work to risk stratify individuals based on algorithms to assess need for urgent or early hospital care and early identification of the comorbidity before they become desperately unwell. Our work is also guided towards coordinating mainstream public sector initiatives on hospitalization, ambulance availability, triage medical care and response to any relevant needs of the covid infected as and when required... Our mission is to improve access to care and psycho-social support of Covid infected people and their family..
