Leading with a values-centric, servant leadership style is of utmost importance to me. Through the Forbes Technology Council, I have shared my insights in a couple of articles that encapsulate my leadership philosophy: The Importance of Values-Centric Leadership and 5 Essentials Components of a Healthy Organization. As leaders, it's our duty to translate these values into everyday discussions and actions. We have been given talents for a purpose, and our efforts should be aimed at maximizing them for the benefit of others... Although my initial passion was not oriented toward technology, and at one point I considered a career in music, I have a deep appreciation for how technology impacts people's lives on a daily basis. I firmly believe in our ability to use technology as an enabler in making a positive difference by delivering user-centric experiences that enhance people's lives.
