In addition, for those that are confronted with managing assets for a trust or an estate, we can provide important guidance in complying with the tax laws... The tax preparation portion of the practice consists of preparing federal, state and local tax forms for individuals, businesses and trusts, payroll taxes, sales and use taxes. We also prepare various registration forms that are required when starting a business... We provide bookkeeping services for any of our corporate tax clients who wish to outsource their bookkeeping. Typically, though, a client can very easily take care of this task themselves with minimal involvement from the CPA and, therefore, save billing hours from the firm. So we prefer to program and train the client on their bookkeeping system and simply offer assistance whenever it is needed.
