RHINO DensiPLY is an industrial-grade densified hardwood plywood, manufactured at high temperatures and pressure up to a density of 1,250kg/m3. RHINO DensiPLY can be customized with laminations of various materials like metallic sheets, synthetic sheets, industrial fabric, etc to suit the client's requirements... RHINO DensiPLY is manufactured using special hardwood, sourced from renewable plantations in Asia. Plywood manufactured from hardwood produces much stronger products, especially for use in the Industrial sector compared to softwood. Once received, the wood is spliced into veneers of required thickness depending upon the specific application and required parameters of the densified plywood. By exposing the veneers to hot air for prolonged periods of time, specific moisture levels are attained within specially designed dehumidification chambers. These veneers are then coated with the requisite in house produced resin, cross laid and pressed together in hydraulic presses..
