Before founding DPC, Ms. Urban worked 22 years in the hotel industry serving in a variety of management positions including: Regional Director of Operations, General Manager, Regional Director of Sales, Director of Sales, Corporate Sales Trainer. Ms. Urban worked 5 years as Director of Convention Sales & Marketing for the Jacksonville and the Beaches Convention & Visitors Bureau. Ms. Urban was responsible for the management of the sales personnel and the services department for the CVB. The services department serviced over 900 groups per year in the North Florida region. Ms. Urban has had a strong presence in the following territories: Washington, DC (18 years), Jacksonville (14 years), Atlanta (9 years) and Tallahassee (7 years). Ms. Urban is the 2005-2006 Chapter President of the North Florida Chapter of Meeting Professional International . She has served in many leadership roles in the Jacksonville community to include: Chairman of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce, Beaches Division, President of North Florida Chapter of HSMAI, Board Member of Executive Women International and President of SKAL International Jacksonville Chapter.

Brianna is a proud Navy veteran and native of Indianapolis, Indiana. She gained a passion for event organizing in the military and furthered her skills through hard work, 10 years of management experience and higher education. Her "Can Do" attitude and belief in proper teamwork are what make her a valued member of the team. Brianna is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Communication and a minor in Business Administration from Jacksonville University.

Devin is a native of Nashville, TN growing up within its thriving artistic community. He graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. With design and creativity at the forefront, Devin's event planning skills have been honed over a decade of experience. Devin is a husband and father who lives by the motto that anything worth doing is worth doing well!
