Anthony has worked in manufacturing and product development for 25 years. He started his career managing quality assurance for a pharmaceutical plastics manufacturer. He quickly moved to automotive electromechanical assembly, and consumer electronics.
He worked for a start-up contract manufacturing company for over 13 years developing their engineering, product development, project management, and quality systems. In that time, he built a very capable engineering team to support over $80M in growth.
He has spent extensive time in Asia (over 40 trips to China and Vietnam) building technical teams, selecting suppliers, and managing organizational growth. In 2016, he decided to use his skills and experience to start an engineering management and consulting services company. He saw a need to provide small and medium sized companies with product development and supplier management services.
This level of service is typically afforded to only the largest companies. Utilizing systems, knowledge, and a very capable network of resources in Asia, Anthony bring sustained design, manufacturing, quality, and service to your products.

Dai has worked with suppliers in every part of Vietnam. He has managed supplier selection, manufacturing, and quality for many domestic and international companies. He has over 10 years of experience with PVC, EVA, rubber, textiles, and various plastic materials.
Dai manages all operations in both North and South Vietnam. He works with a small staff of procurement and quality specialists to oversee all aspects of quality and manufacturing.

Paul is a worldwide traveler with visits to over 30 countries. He has more than 17 years of manufacturing and supplier management experience. His background consists of developing products related to computer peripherals, consumer electronics and mobile phone accessories industries.
Paul is a master at understanding product market demand with the latest technology and managing the supply chain in mainland China. He manages all operations in the Southern China territory that includes Dongguan and Shenzhen areas.

Steve began his career working with large international companies looking to source and manage manufacturing in China. He has over 20 years of experience with product development, sourcing, supplier management and project management. Steve's primary focus is with mechanical products that use metals, plastics, and assembly.
Steve is an expert at in nearly every type of metal processing including casting, forging, machining, stamping, and plating. He manages all Central and Northern China operations from Shanghai to Qingdao and Beijing.
