DIRE WOLF CONSULTING - Key Persons
Cecily is the Executive Assistant at Dire Wolf Consulting. She is responsible for providing administrative support to all executives and high-level managers. Her duties include, but are not limited to: managing schedules, scheduling meetings, filtering calls, communicating with clients, editing content, drafting contracts, maintaining records, and so much more.
Cecily is a lifelong musician with a special interest in bluegrass and sound healing. She plays mandolin in a band called Mountain Mystic and she is also a certified professional sound healer. Cecily is deeply passionate about creating music and helping others. By practicing sound healing, she can satisfy both of those passions.
Hailey Drummond is the Grant & Proposal Writer for Dire Wolf Consulting, LLC. She works toward identifying and obtaining funds for the company, as well as clients, by developing professional documents in support of products and/or services.
Qualifications
Hailey has recently received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama where she majored in English and minored in Creative Writing. This focus has strengthened her ability to communicate with various types of audiences through diverse writing styles. Paired with her writing capabilities, Hailey's creative background allows her to engage an imaginative approach to her tasks. During her undergraduate studies, she partook in multiple professional writing courses and completed an independent study that equipped her with hands-on experience in writing grants. She will soon begin her career as a technical writer and looks forward to one day continuing her education.
Interests
In addition to her own writing, Hailey also fills her time by continuously adding to her reading list and insurmountable collection of books, which she is always working to catch up on. No one is a bigger supporter of her lazy reading days than her dog, Penny, who will occasionally drag herself away from her chew toys just long enough to accompany Hailey for a walk or hike. Always looking for new adventures, Hailey tries to pack as many explorative and exciting activities as she can into her weekends by traveling locally and beyond.
Matthew Heron is the Graphic Designer for Dire Wolf Consulting, including logo design and modification, marketing materials, website graphics, image and video work, and more.
Matthew is a long-time doodler turned independent artist. People told him from an early age that he had skills and talent that most don't possess. Matthew took some college design/art classes but put most of it on hold to raise his child. He now finds himself an older empty nester with plenty of time to create art. Matthew has done detailed poster design and printing for local and national touring bands, well known artists, and event promoters.
Matthew is also our resident expert on AI (artificial intelligence). He has experience working with a broad array of AI programs used to create text and design content.
Qualifications
Matthew is an autodidact and through trial and error has become one of today's premier self-taught artists. He initially learned the art of screen printing, before moving on to digital photo printers and dye-sublimation printers. Dye-sublimation offers a wider range of colors with a shorter turn-around time. Matthew has the ability to press your image on many different materials such as metal business cards, metal picture panels, mouse pads, polyester shirts, and his personal favorite, holographic foil poster paper.
Interests
When Matthew's not creating art for himself or for others he has several hobbies to occupy his time. 3D printing and design, laser etching, rug tufting, photography, videography, photo restoration, gardening, and nature hikes all make his list of time away from work and art. Matthew likes to think of himself as a creator of interesting colorful pieces of art that might look good on a friend's wall.
Ryne Dlouhy is the founder and President of Dire Wolf Consulting, LLC and a consultant at Assured Bio Labs, LLC. As President of Dire Wolf Consulting, Ryne oversees all aspects of the business and directs all operations, including the Consulting Team and the Collaborative Team.
Ryne has over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience, with his expertise in the fields of finance, accounting, and organization management. He also has experience in sales and client relations, and has previously held several executive and teaching positions. He has founded and grown several successful companies, as well as served as a professional business consultant for several companies. Ryne has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration.
Ryne's mission with Dire Wolf Consulting is to help other entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their goals and see their companies grow and thrive. His vision is to utilize recent advancements in technology to help business owners and team members have more freedom and flexibility in their lives, while delivering the highest quality consulting and administrative services.

Ryne is an entrepreneur who has started and built several successful companies and enjoys the ongoing puzzle of helping businesses to grow and thrive. In his free time, Ryne is a bluegrass guitarist and has served as a board member of the Great Plains Bluegrass & Old Time Music Association. He plays in two bands, Mountain Mystic and Mason Foundry, and is passionate about live music. He also enjoys tending to his greenhouses and hiking in the Smoky Mountains.
