We are excited to share our love of interior Mexican and Tex Mex food with you. We believe in authenticity and quality, and we care about every single taco that leaves our kitchen. The food we serve at El Pitayo is always made from scratch and cooked fresh to order. We trim our meats by hand. Our marinades don't come from a packet. We soak our beans and we slow cook our barbacoa.
