Alan Boothe supervises the liability, workers' compensation, and medical malpractice divisions of ERMS. Alan has nearly 30 years of claims experience. In addition to his bachelor's degree, Alan has also earned the AIC designation and is licensed as a claims adjuster. He is a member of the Louisiana Claims Association.
Lyman Phillips oversees the managerial functions of ERMS. Lyman has nearly 40 years of claims experience. In addition to his bachelor's degree, Lyman has also received the AIC, FCLS, CWCP, and CHSP professional designations and is licensed as a claims adjuster, private investigator, and loss control consultant. He is a member of the Louisiana Claims Association, Southwest Louisiana Claims Association, and the International Association of Special Investigative Units.
