Ethnication is a virtual learning environment that utilizes minority educators. The advantage minority teachers bring to schools goes beyond a reduction in the number of minority kids who are suspended to an increase in the number of minority kids who go on to college. Minority students learn more effectively from educators who look like them. Education for people of color has been a controversial and unsolved issue within our nation dating back to Brown v. Board of Education. The solution is to teach minority students through minority educators...
