Our team is highly trained to work with a number of specialized machines due to different projects requiring different techniques, and stitching methods. One type of specialized machine that are operated frequently would be our Ultrasonic sewing machines. These machines are used to make medical PPE gowns. We would heat weld together protective PPE materials instead of the traditional way of stitching. This method is preferred in order to make the gowns as safe, and enclosed as possible for medical professionals... Vinhan is a proud Canadian textile and garment manufacturing company that was established in 2018... We also specialize in pattern tracing and pattern programming. This is done by generating textile patterns precisely to the desired measurements. We do this with all projects that needs to be cut and sewn.
