Suzanne Stigers is a highly skilled, sought-after expert in the events industry. Over the last 25+ years, she has built her reputation of trust and integrity among clients and hotels. Her trend-setting strategies and knowledge are evident in her event management, hotel contracting, and fierce negotiating skills that lock in real benefits to the clients she serves.
Suzanne has successfully served 40 of TSNN's top 200 roster. A known innovator, she has a proven track record as a problem solver. She was instrumental in the business recovery after 9/11, Hurricane Katrina and The Great Recession of 2008 with her strategic and mutually beneficial solutions. It is Suzanne's honesty, care, and unyielding professionalism that has garnered her the respect of hoteliers across every major convention city. She has the relationships that matter most.
Known for her "win-win" approach, Suzanne's vast experience and knowledge, which includes years in hotel convention services and sales, shine through in all negotiations. Her contract terms, concessions, and rate offerings are unmatched. Clients can expect to have their financial exposure mitigated, savings maximized, revenue increased, and attendees engaged because of the work that she does at the contracting level. She has been known to bring not only sales teams to the table, but also revenue management, convention services, and marketing to create meaningful solutions to the most challenging situations. Suzanne has a bachelor's degree from Boston University in Communications. She also studied abroad in Perugia, Italy and is proficient in Italian and basic Spanish.
As Evolve Con's Director of Operations, Nicole will serve as your operations wizard, adept at exhibitor retention and capture, superior customer relationship management, and room block growth. Nicole is practiced at utilizing data to provide trend analysis highlighting areas of opportunity for revenue growth. She will lend support to your event by creating strategic roadmaps, key communication, tactical and innovative campaigns to increase hotel bookings and maximize contracted room blocks.
Desiree is an expert in the event management industry. She is known for her commitment, dedication to excellence and for going the extra mile. Any problem she faces she sees as an opportunity. Desiree manages Evolve Con's Operations, Administration and Quality Control. These areas greatly impact the integrity of our service, solidify our longstanding relationships with our hotel partners and the longevity of our team.
Desiree worked alongside Evolve Con's Founder and CEO, Suzanne Stigers at Travel Planners for 22 years and she now brings 20+ years in management and 14 years entrepreneurial experience to Evolve Con.
Desiree's commitment to excellence, deep industry knowledge and unparalleled experience is why Suzanne invited her to join Evolve Con. At Travel Planners she managed the Contact Center, Group Services Department and Operational Teams as Director of Reservation Services. Together they ensured the integrity of room blocks, interfaced with hotels on room block administration and garnered the trust and respect of attendees, top exhibitors, and groups. Desiree believes that team building is critical to providing exemplary customer service. Her expertise in maintaining client satisfaction and result oriented outcomes made her a perfect fit for Evolve Con.
