Bethany Fleming

Bethany Fleming is a museum professional with over 20 years' experience in museum, exhibit and interpretive development. She holds a B.A. from Valparaiso University and a M.A. in Public and American History from Loyola University Chicago. She is the owner of Fleming Museum Consulting. Bethany served as the Director of Museum Experience and Curator at the National Hellenic Museum. Bethany was the founding Curator and Director of Collections & Exhibitions for the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center in Skokie, Illinois. As the Director of Collections & Exhibitions, Bethany led a team in growing the Collection from 200 objects to over 11,000. Prior to that Bethany was the Curator of Collections at the Geneva History Center. Bethany's other museum building projects include the Geneva History Center in Geneva, IL where she worked with staff, architects, and builders to renovate the Kane County Title Company building into a museum on Geneva's historic Third Street. She facilitated the move and reorganization of the center's collections and archives, and led the creation of the permanent exhibition, ‘Greetings from Geneva: a trip through history', which won awards from the Illinois Association of Museums and the Association for State and Local History. Bethany has worked with a diverse group of organizations to create a wide array of engaging museums and exhibitions, including Mackinac State Historic Parks, the New-York Historical Society, the Chicago Architecture Foundation, and the Chicago Bears Football Club.

Ciera Iveson

  • Exhibit Designer
Ciera is a designer and creative producer with experience in exhibition design, live entertainment production, and musical theatre script development. After developing new musicals with theaters around the country, her passion for developing new stories brought her to exhibition design. Through her work, she seeks to combine the respective strengths of theater and exhibitions to make engaging stories for physical and virtual spaces. She holds a BFA in Acting from Emerson College and is a Master's candidate at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Exhibition and Experience Design.

Corrine Doron

Corrine is an education and museum professional with over 20 years of experience in exhibit content development as well as event and project management. She currently oversees a portfolio of over 80 Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs for NYC public high schools driving alignment of curricula with industry trends and workforce needs. Previously, as Senior Manager of Programs at Sony Wonder Technology Lab, a technology and entertainment museum, she directed programs and events and contributed to the exhibit development of the museum's 14,000 square foot space. Corrine has also held roles with the Brooklyn Children's Museum, Kingsborough Community College, and Art in General. She holds a B.A. from SUNY Buffalo in Media Studies and English.

David Catalano

David Catalano is an accomplished designer and illustrator with a diverse background that includes theater, television, themed entertainment, exhibit design, branded environments, experiential marketing, and architecture. Throughout his career David has not only grown as a designer, but has developed strong technical and organizational skills as well as a profound appreciation for the collaborative process. He has had the honor of working with many talented individuals and is proud to been a member of many award winning design teams. David hails from New York City and has a B.F.A. in Scenic Design from North Carolina School of the Arts.

James Silva

Job Titles:
  • Senior Graphic Designer
James Silva holds a BFA and MA in Design and has been working in the field of graphic design since 1995. In 1998, Mr. Silva began working for the first of what would be several museum and exhibit design firms. During his career he has developed graphic programs for groups as diverse as science and nature centers, history museums, children's museums, libraries, sports-related clients, and various other cultural institutions. In addition to his work with Peter Hyde Design James is the owner of Juniper&Scribe, holds a BFA and MA in Design and is a professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology. His work experience also spans projects for clients as large as multinational corporations, sports halls of fame, international religious organizations, to clients as small as local museums, start-ups, public schools, and individuals involved in academia and the creative arts.
