Alex Hyde is the Director of Implementation at FIntegrate, a Financial Technology company. He is a Birmingham native and studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alabama. Alex has worked in Fintech since 2016 and takes great pride in helping Financial Institutions succeed. He loves to bring a bit of humor into his role, to make it more enjoyable for himself and his team.
Bill Posey is a 14-year veteran of the financial technology industry who truly takes pride in providing great solutions and customers service to banks and credit unions. Bill's an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a demonstrated history of working diligently to help his clients achieve their goals year after year. Bill graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor's in business administration and is an avid bulldog fan. He resides in Brandon, MS with his wife of 15 years and their two children where they spend most of their time traveling to baseball and softball games for the kids, hunting, fishing and enjoying the outdoors!
Christopher serves as the EVP of Operations for FIntegrate and oversees project management, implementation, and support for both the FusionCRS and FusionDMS solutions. In addition to a decade of experience in banking operations, Christopher has over 25 years of management experience implementing fintech systems, including API and data conversion solutions. Previously Christopher served as the SVP of Implementation for NXTsoft's Omni Platform, Operations Manager for Jack Henry & Associates' ECS data conversion solution, as well Director of Installations for BISYS Document Solutions. Christopher attended Dalton State College where he earned a degree in Business Management. Since 2011, Christopher has provided one-on-one Personal Financial Coaching and facilitated personal finance education in Church, Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation, Prison, and Non-Profit environments. Outside of work, Christopher and his wife Amy have two daughters and four grandchildren and enjoy traveling, watching MLB baseball and SEC football.
Jason Alfano is the CTO of FIntegrate. He is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a bachelor's and master's degree in computer and information Science. Jason has over 20 years of experience working in software development. Prior to joining the team, Jason was SVP of Development for the Omni Platform at NXTsoft, where he managed multiple development teams responsible for data conversions and financial analytics. In 2018, Jason was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40, for his contributions as a leader in the FinTech space in Birmingham. Jason's previous experience includes working as co-founder and CTO of Integrated Legacy Solutions, where he developed the company's flagship product, OmniView, used for data migration and research. He also worked as a Software Development Manager for Jack Henry & Associates, a leading provider of technology solutions for the financial services industry, where he managed multiple development teams responsible for creating data conversion software that ran in over 1,000 banks and credit unions, assisting customers with legacy system data migration during mergers and acquisitions and system upgrades. Jason brings a depth of product design and development experience to FIntegrate unmatched by others in this market. His knowledge of the banking systems and archives and ability to lead a team of developers enables FIntegrate to create the fastest, most innovative, market leading conversion and data migration products in the industry.
Kris Bishop is the CEO of FIntegrate Technology. He is a 20-year veteran of the Fintech industry having worked with more than 4,000 Banks and Credit Unions in data access and integration. He is passionate about providing financial institutions with a better solution for their dispute management and collection and recovery needs. He and his wife Jennifer have been married since 1997 and have one daughter.
Kris Nuss is a Birmingham native educated at Auburn University at Montgomery and the University of Kentucky, graduating in Business Administration and Management. He has been working in sales and marketing for decades. He is currently the Director of Sales at FIntegrate Technology. Kris is a performance-driven sales and marketing executive with an accomplished record of success leading business development, marketing initiatives, and market expansion for Fortune 500 industry leader and entrepreneurial enterprises.
Mackenzie West is a recent graduate from The University of Alabama with a degree in Advertising and a minor in sales. After serving as an intern at FIntegrate Technology during her college years, she now holds the position of Marketing Specialist at the company. Mackenzie's primary focus is to facilitate connections between banks and credit unions, leveraging the power of social media platforms. Her role at FIntegrate allows her to utilize her expertise in advertising and sales to help financial institutions seamlessly integrate into FIntegrate's network. Mackenzie's passion for her work and dedication to professional growth has created a drive for her to make a meaningful impact in the advertising industry, leaving a lasting impression on those she works with.
