Drew Stotler

Drew serves as a Project Manager in the Real Estate Solutions Group at Geller & Company. Drew's primary responsibilities include providing owners' representative and project management services for corporate and ultra-high net worth clients as well as general consulting services on a wide range of real estate and construction projects. Drew has over ten years of experience managing construction projects and developing project controls and governance frameworks for owners of construction and real estate projects. He has experience working on projects in high-end residential, equine, not-for-profit, manufacturing, healthcare, entertainment, power, and higher education. Prior to joining Geller & Company, Drew was a Manager in the Construction and Real Estate Consulting group at Ernst and Young and the Engineering and Construction Consulting group at Deloitte. In these roles, he provided consulting services to owners of large capital construction projects. These services included project management oversight, process improvement, litigation support services, risk assessments, and forensic cost accounting. Before his consulting career, Drew was a Project Engineer for a large construction management firm in northern New Jersey. Drew received a BS in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Ellen Urell

Ellen Urell serves as the Head of Aviation Services. She brings over 20 years of expertise spanning aviation accounting, tax, insurance, treasury, and risk management. Since joining the firm in 1996, Ellen has used her unique perspective, coupling her financial knowledge with in-depth experience in strategic planning, change management, workflow and process improvement, coaching and group facilitation. Ellen has always been active in a wide variety of non-profit organizations. She currently serves as a volunteer leader with Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado, an organization that focuses on environmental stewardship and conversation. Previously, she was President of Emma Willard School's Alumnae Association and served on their Board of Trustees. Ellen received a BA in Psychology from New York University and a doctorate in Leadership for Change from Fielding Graduate University's School of Leadership Studies.

Fiona Reid

Fiona leads a team of professionals who provide customized, multidisciplinary business solutions to achieve her clients' complex goals. Prior to joining Geller & Company, Fiona was a management consultant advising global clients on a wide range of strategic, financial and operational initiatives. She was the Chief Financial Officer and a Board Member of Bloomberg for Mayor 2009 Inc. and a Board Member of C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Fiona has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with concentrations in Finance & International Business from McGill University.

Jacqlyn Aloisi

Jacqlyn serves as the Director of Cyber Services Strategy and Operations at Geller Advisors. She has over 10 years of cross-functional experience in business and technology strategy, operations optimization, and program and project management. She excels in identifying process improvement opportunities, managing projects and stakeholder communications, and driving strategic priorities through tactical implementation. For the last several years, Jacqlyn has focused in technology and security, developing strategies to build a strong risk management program and culture specific to families and their associated entities. Jacqlyn has held leadership roles in Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, and Engineering. She has led teams in various firm-wide initiatives including technology innovation, cultural transformation, and cost and efficiency optimization. Her varied exposure allows her to relate and understand the uniqueness of each client's challenges. She collaborates with clients and their company executives to identify the most successful cultural adoption strategies and build the best-suited solutions. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, Jacqlyn has worked in the FinTech, utilities, and medical device industries. She has served as a national conference presenter for the Society of Women Engineers, is a certified PMI Project Management Professional and also a licensed New Jersey real estate agent.

Jeanne McGannon

Jeanne serves as Director, Senior Client Relationship Manager at Geller Advisors. She has over 15 years of experience helping high-net-worth individuals and families manage their financial planning, investment, trust administration, financial management, and comprehensive reporting needs. Jeanne works with the Geller Advisors team to provide high touch client service for high-net-worth individuals and families to ensure that all client goals are achieved. Prior to joining Geller Advisors, Jeanne was a Director and Client Service Manager at First Republic Private Wealth Management. Prior to that, she managed the client service and operations teams at Constellation Wealth Advisors where she was responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with high-net-worth families by providing overall financial administration. In a previous position, she was a Financial Planning Associate at Lesavoy Financial Perspectives where she was responsible for preparing and implementing comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients. Jeanne received a Bachelor of Science in General Science from Fordham University. She is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Joe Kluemper

Joseph serves as a Tax Director at Geller Advisors. Joseph has over 20 years of experience in income tax and family wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, business owners, and senior executives. In addition to developing integrated tax planning strategies, Joseph has extensive experience in tax compliance including gift and estate tax returns, as well as income tax returns for fiduciaries, individuals, and related entities. Joseph is responsible for working with clients to implement customized estate planning strategies that use techniques such as sales to grantor trusts, generation-skipping dynasty trusts, closely held family entities, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable split-interest trusts, and private foundations. He also advises clients on pre-immigration tax planning, outbound expatriation, foreign entities, and trusts. Prior to joining Geller Advisors, Joseph worked at Andersen Tax as a Managing Director. He negotiated favorable settlements in many federal and state income, estate, and gift tax examinations. Joseph also helped clients obtain private letter rulings from the IRS on matters such as generation-skipping transfer tax issues. Joseph received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from Brooklyn Law School. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Katherine Vaynshteyn

She is responsible for overseeing critical client financial data and managing the financial reporting process. Mark B. Rubin

Mark serves as Managing Director, Head of Tax Services at Geller Advisors. Mark has over 30 years of experience advising family offices, family businesses, and family foundations. Mark leads the firm's Tax Department, specializing in multigenerational families and their holdings, and supporting and strategizing the development of all aspects of a family's wealth. Prior to joining Geller Advisors, Mark was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, leading the Family Enterprise Services practice and the Private Client Tax group for their Real Estate Solutions practice. Mark provided transaction support, including sourcing and structuring of capital, and governance planning to individuals and multigenerational families, particularly those with meaningful real estate interests. Earlier in his career, Mark was a founding partner of Relative Solutions LLC, a family enterprise consulting firm, where he developed a model for working with families of wealth who own and manage substantial assets, including operating companies, real estate, investments, and foundations. He also spent 12 years at Price Waterhouse as a Senior Tax Manager in the consumer products, entertainment and real estate practice areas where he guided significant family enterprises and Fortune 100s in creating and implementing complex tax strategies. Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant. He also studied non-matriculating coursework in Organizational Development at Teachers College, Columbia University. Mark is a member of the Family Firm Institute Board and a Chair of two global conferences, and Formed and Chaired the NYSSCPA Family Office Committee. Mark is actively involved in Philanthropic work having served and Chaired the Board of the Youth Justice Network, which supports youths 16-21 to reduce recidivism after detention and serves on the Board of the Hebrew Free Loan Society. Mark is a frequent speaker, author, and source expert on topics related to family tax planning, governance, and next generation leadership.

Mike Brouillard

Prior to joining Geller & Company, Mike served as a Controller for a leading multi-family general contractor in Texas and was responsible for the preparation of company financial statements, project job cost reporting, payroll processing, preparation of tax forms, and audit management. Earlier in his career, Mike spent three years as a business strategy consultant for Monitor Deloitte, a global management consulting firm. At Monitor Deloitte, Mike's work focused primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical device, hospitality, and retail industries. Mike graduated with a BA in Economics and French from Boston College and currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and son.

Paul Oliva

Paul serves as Director, Senior Client Relationship Manager at Geller Advisors. Paul has over 16 years of experience advising family offices, institutions, and investors. Paul currently specializes in portfolio construction, asset allocation and wealth planning strategies, including estate planning and tax solutions. Prior to joining Geller Advisors, Paul was a Director at KLS Professional Advisors. In this role, Paul advised high-net-worth clients on investment strategy, financial and wealth planning, and estate planning matters. Paul was also the Head of New Investment Sourcing and Due Diligence, entrusting him with the responsibility of economic and market research and manager selection. Earlier in his career, Paul was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. While at Deloitte, Paul advised institutions and investors on structured products, securitizations, and fixed income. Paul's primary focus was due diligence, underwriting, and valuation. Robert D. Wedeking - Chief Investment Officer

Rob serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Geller Advisors, setting the strategic direction that guides all investment management decisions for clients. He is responsible for all investment matters including asset allocation, risk management, and the selection and monitoring of investment managers. Rob chairs the firm's Investment Committee. Rob brings over 30 years of experience investing in a wide variety of traditional, hedge fund, and private equity investment vehicles. He has deep expertise in the areas of asset allocation, portfolio structuring, manager due diligence, and risk management. He has a track record of generating positive, risk-adjusted returns in a variety of market environments over multiple market cycles. Prior to joining Geller Advisors, Rob worked at Caxton Associates LP for more than 21 years, serving as Director for Alternative Investments and as Portfolio Manager for Caxton Select LLC, a multi-strategy fund-of-funds. He was also responsible for sourcing and evaluating a broad spectrum of investment opportunities and creating customized portfolios across all asset classes for the Principals of Caxton and their affiliates. Rob received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Hartwick College and is a CFA® charterholder. He is a member of the Economic Club of New York and the CFA Society of New York. He also holds a FINRA Series 3 license. He serves on the Investment Advisory Committee of Hartwick College and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Center of Theological Inquiry in Princeton, NJ. Scott Bush

Prior to joining Geller Advisors, Scott spent seven years at JPMorgan Asset Management as a Managing Director and Market Leader, leading teams that develop select markets in the Midwest and Florida. Before joining JPMorgan, Scott worked as founder and partner of the private equity firm WhiteHawk Capital, a Hunt Company. Previous to Hunt, Scott spent eight years at Maritz Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer of the Maritz Performance Improvement Company, Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate Senior Vice President & Chief Sales Officer. Previous to Maritz, Scott served as the CEO of Trans World Express and Head of Global Sales at Trans World Airlines. Earlier in his career, Scott served as Director of Investment Missions for Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). While at OPIC, Scott directed international consulting engagements in 18 developing nations in Southeast Asia, Europe, South & Central America, and Northern Africa. He also served as Director of Placement in The Office of Presidential Personnel, The White House. Scott is the Founder of the Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship (AYLF), a principle-based leadership fellowship designed to incubate future community and civic leaders in targeted cities and communities around the world. The fellowship was built on the core precepts of The Aspen Institute where Scott serves as a Henry Crown Fellow, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Susan is recognized for her leadership role in engaging and supporting ultra-high-net-worth women as they create and manage wealth. She has a large client base of women that includes entrepreneurs, business owners, entertainment, fashion and financial executives, and inherited wealth. She is a dedicated and passionate partner, engaged mentor, and an outspoken ally who helps her clients find financial freedom, control, and comfort with their wealth. Tricia Levin - Managing Director

In addition, she has extensive experience in assisting with restructuring of entities and businesses in order to simplify the structure and obtain maximum tax benefits. Tricia has an active role in business development, onboarding clients and coordinating with the firm's other multidisciplinary financial advisors to help clients simplify complex and intricate financial challenges by offering innovative solutions. She serves as the lead for some of the firm's most complicated and complex relationships. Prior to joining Geller Advisors, Tricia built her career at Deloitte, starting as an Associate and advancing to Partner. She spent more than 18 years in Deloitte's Private Company Services practice in New York serving high-net-worth individuals, families, as well as some of the largest private equity firms and their general partners and principals. Tricia received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Emory University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Fordham University. She is a New York State-licensed Certified Public Accountant and also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Will Amerine - Managing Director

Will works with our multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts in the delivery of integrated advice across all areas of wealth management-including investment consulting, tax, financial management, trust and estate planning, and philanthropy-to families with complex balance sheets and multigenerational wealth. Prior to Geller Advisors, Will started an independent RIA family office where he served as a wealth manager to ultra-high-net-worth clients. Previous to that role, Will helped to establish the Denver office for Ascent Private Capital Management of US Bank, serving as a Managing Director. He was later appointed to lead national business development for the organization. Will received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
