Mr. Mike Eggers is a Senior Brand and Marketing consultant with a wealth of experience from Creative Director roles at agency networks on both sides of the Atlantic. A specialist in shifting long-standing behaviours, Mr. Eggers' work has helped transform everything from the way 16+ million Tesco Clubcard members shop for groceries, Starbucks fans get their daily perk, to how Barclays bank customers send money to their friends. In 200/10 he led the award-winning CRM creative on behalf of the UK's Department of Health for their Change 4 Life programme to redress the systemic rise childhood in obesity rates - which has, to date, helped more than 2.7 million families in the UK make healthier food and lifestyle choices.

Mr. Scott Jackson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Impact. Global Impact's mission is to grow global philanthropy and build partnerships and resources for the world's most vulnerable people. It has raised $1.7 billion since inception. A global development, fundraising and marketing veteran, Jackson has held leadership positions in the public, private and nonprofit sectors, including the global health and development nonprofits PATH and World Vision. He has worked in more than 60 countries, and his global relief and development efforts have taken him to remote villages in Africa and Asia, to the heart of the Holy Land, and inside some of the most powerful institutions and governments around the world. Jackson has worked with global leaders, including four U.S. presidents and their administrations, and he has represented international development issues with the offices of U.S. Secretaries of State Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell and Hillary Clinton. Jackson was a founding nonprofit member of The ONE Campaign to "make poverty history" and has worked on initiatives with Bono and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He is a member of several national boards and advisory committees, including the Clinton Global Initiative, YourCause, International Center for Research on Women, National Development Committee of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, Global Washington, World Trade Center Seattle and CEO Connection's Leadership Committee for Social Impact. He currently works closely with the leadership of nearly 130 nonprofits around the world, such as Save the Children, CARE and Heifer International. Jackson was recognized by the Center for Nonprofit Advancement as a 2016 winner of the Gelman, Rosenberg and Freedman EXCEL Award, which recognizes leadership achievement in the areas of innovation, motivation, community building, ethical integrity and strategic leadership. Before taking leadership roles in the global development humanitarian sector, Jackson founded TRADEC (Trade and Development Consortium), one of the first marketing and communications firms in North America to specialize in international trade and development, which later became part of APCO, a worldwide communications firm. During his early career, Jackson served as assistant to a U.S. congressman, and he held a number of roles in national politics. He has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Huffington Post. Jackson received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh School of International Business. He also holds an honorary doctorate of humane letters from the University of Puget Sound, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in history. He lives in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Ann Canela

Ms. Ann Canela is Chief Operating Officer of the Sequoia Climate Fund, which strives to prevent the worst impacts of climate change by dramatically reducing global greenhouse gas emissions and accelerating the transition to clean energy Ann is deeply engaged in philanthropic initiatives that impact both people and the planet. She has built CSR programs for major multinational organizations, shaped the strategies of high end brands to engage with their communities and built the platforms and campaigns that have engaged millions of people worldwide. Ann was Vice President at Philanthropy University focused leading all external relations including development, marketing and operations. Prior she was Vice President at Global Impact where she led the diversification efforts launching new lines of business, products and services. Prior, she was Director, Marketing and Communications at Global Impact where she led the marketing for the Combined Federal Campaigns and fundraising communications for leading international charities. For many years, Ann owned and operated a boutique public relations agency in Chicago focused on creating partnerships with major retail brands and major metropolitan communities. Ann is currently on multiple boards that focus on international development, women's rights and civic participation.

Ms. Jeni Elam

has been working in the CSR & philanthropic space for ten years and has a passion for social businesses that empower people around the globe. Currently, Jeni is the Expansion Director for BoardReady, a not for profit that seeks to catapult board diversification through data, experience and network strategies. Prior to joining BoardReady, Jeni was the Chief Strategist at UK Power Reserve where she led technology, data science, strategic planning, and marketing in London. In DC, Jeni served as a Director on the Partner Solutions team at Global Impact where she worked with Fortune 500 companies on developing CSR strategies and international non-profits on fundraising diversification planning and board development. Jeni has worked in the United States, Tanzania, Zambia, Bangladesh, and the United Kingdom and currently serves on the board of Mary's Place, an NGO that empowers homeless women, children and families to reclaim their lives.

Ms. Payal Dalal

Ms. Payal Dalal serves as the Senior Vice President, Social Impact at the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth. She joined the Center in April 2018 and oversees the Center's philanthropic investments around the globe. Previously, she was Head of Global Community Programs for Standard Chartered Bank. In this capacity, she oversaw all programs related to education, health, emergency response, and disaster relief. Payal joined Standard Chartered in July 2008 as the Head of Public Affairs for the Americas. With a professional background in international philanthropy and politics, Payal has worked for a wide range of public sector organizations including the World Affairs Council, the Global Philanthropy Forum and the Earth Institute at Columbia University. Payal also worked on foreign policy for the Office of President William J. Clinton. In 2014, President and Secretary Clinton appointed Payal to be a program advisor to the Clinton Global Initiative; her post was renewed in 2015. Payal has extensive experience in financial services as well. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, she worked on the launch of the AT&T Universal Savings and Reward Card for Citi. A Texas native, Payal has a BA with honors from Stanford University and an MBA and an MPA from New York University.

Ms. Sara Grote

Before founding Global Change Network in 2008, Sara was Vice President at DDB Issues & Advocacy, a social sector practice that was part of DDB Worldwide, a global marketing agency. There, she served as strategy director, overseeing award-winning initiatives for international clients like the Kaiser Family Foundation, Save the Children and the Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation. Sara's career began in The White House as an aide to First Lady Hillary Clinton, working across several initiatives from health care to women's rights to children's issues. She travelled to more than 20 countries on behalf of the First Lady during the time when Mrs. Clinton first began putting gender equality on the international agenda. Additionally, Sara worked on the 1992 and 1996 U.S. presidential campaigns. Sara serves as Board Chair for the US-UK Fulbright Commission, appointed by former US Ambassador to the UK, Matthew Barzun. She also is on the boards of MTV Staying Alive Foundation and Global Impact UK. She lives in London with her three teenage children and her husband, a senior executive at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and former aide to Vice President Al Gore.
