With more than 30 years in the Customer Service Industry, she brings a personal touch to our clients as our new Client Consultant. She has been in the Interlock Industry for 8 years assisting clients through the difficult process of maneuvering through their DUI cases to successful completion. Because the DUI Industry can be so cold and confusing and with customer service being a lost art, she believes that personal attention is imperative. She created a "Liaison Program" so that the Attorney and DUI Program clients could receive the personal attention that they need and deserve. Having worked with many of Ms. Landry's clients personally over the years and observing how Ms. Landry's dedication and work ethic aligned with her own approach, it was a perfect fit. This is what led to her current position where she will continue to work personally with clients from the beginning of their case until completion.
