Recognizing the everyday struggle of inner-city youths, dealing with a variety of different obstacles; going to prison, committing unnecessary crimes, dealing with alcoholic, drug-addicted parents, being molested, suicidal etc., we knew that someone had to take a stand in guiding our youths to positive directions in life.
