Damien joined Giles Group in 2020 as a workshop supervisor; with a Boilermaker trade under his belt, Damiens dedication to the company's growth has been prevalent since joining the team. His industry knowledge and people skills have led him to the role of Operations coordinator. "There's huge satisfaction in seeing our team grow. I take great pride in knowing everyone here is treated as a person and not just a number."
Kathryn is our newest addition to the Giles Group team, heading up Administration. Kathryn brings with her over 15 years of administration experience in both the mining and civil sectors as well as 5 years from the private sector which includes an Administration role with the Port of Brisbane Corporation. "After living the Queensland life for a while, I'm looking forward to being back in NSW and working alongside Pete to see his Business grow to reach the goals he is aiming to achieve.
Peter founded Giles Group Australia in 2017 after seven years working in the mining and construction industries. A Mechanical Fitter by trade, Peter is passionate about building relationships built on quality and trust. "We're a tight team and we take pride in what we do. It's hugely satisfying to deliver solutions that work in the real world."
Trent leads the planning and supervision of onsite project works. With his background in the mining industry, carrying out fabrication and construction of steel components, Trent brings extensive experience to the role. Best part of the job? "Seeing our team produce end products to such high standards."
