HANH PHAN, SPEECH AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Hanh Phan received her B.A. in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in 1990 and her M.A. of Speech Pathology from San Jose State University in 1998. Since then, Hanh has been practicing both speech and occupational therapy in hospitals, school districts, Outpatient Day Program and in private clinical setting either as an employee or as an independent contractor. Children and their families have been coming to her pediatric clinic in San Jose for speech and occupational therapy services since 2005. Recently, in 2/2015, Hanh started her own private practice, Hanh Phan, Speech and Occupational Therapy, Inc. and she will continue to serve the children and their families at the clinic located at: 6116 Camino Verde Drive, Suite 11, San Jose, CA 95119.
