Bonnie Jorgensen is a Senior Software Developer in the Rover software group. She works with customers on special projects and customizations to their version of Rover, as well as enhancing the standard Rover system. Bonnie has worked in all areas of the ERP application, and she loves working with customers to identify their needs and find a solution that solves their business challenges.
Bonnie came to Rover in the 1990s after having worked in the aerospace industry. She enjoys working closely with co-workers and customers to do rapid development. Working with the Rover development team, Bonnie's goal is to improve efficiency for customers while providing increased visibility to their data, allowing them to make business decisions that benefit their company's bottom line.
When she's not working, Bonnie likes to ride her bike, swim, and boogie board at T-Street Beach in San Clemente. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and attending live music and theater events.

Cathie McGuire is an Applications Programmer at Zumasys. She works directly with Zumasys customers to research and solve their problems or to implement their program requests. Cathie's focus is on improving existing applications and creating new processes to make customers' jobs easier.
Before joining Zumasys, Cathie worked at Rover Data Systems. She has been working with Rover applications for over 20 years. In her free time, Cathie and her husband like to visit animal sanctuaries and historical locales, including venues with a haunted history.
Christian Ortiz is a Software Developer on the AccuTerm Web team. He works on Implementing the features and functionality of the AccuTerm desktop app into the AccuTerm Web app. Christian's work on AccuTerm Web allows Zumasys customers to get the experience of the AccuTerm desktop app on the web, on any device.
Prior to joining Zumasys, Christian worked at Saama Inc. as an Associate Consultant. He worked on developing proofs of concept for clients in the pharmaceutical space as well as building features on their chatbot DaLIA using a combination of data analytics and web development. Christian built data visualizations using Tableau, used machine learning to gain insights, and developed on their web applications using React and Python.
Christian spends a lot of his free time with his dog Blue-the park and the beach are 2 of Blue's favorite hangouts. When he's not taking care of Blue, Christian is usually watching basketball or playing video games with his friends. He's also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!
Known for his progressive and genuine leadership style, Luckow has spearheaded multiple significant business and technical shifts for Zumasys - most notably the company's transition from a Cloud and IT Services organization to the Software company it is today.
A native of Minnesota, Luckow began his career as an IT consultant with Tek Systems. He was recruited by Zumasys in 2008 after having moved to Southern California the year prior. Luckow earned his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Huron University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also an active member of Vistage International. When he is not working, Luckow enjoys surfing in his hometown of San Clemente and spending time with his wife and three young sons.

Donna Saviano is a Senior Software Developer who joined Zumasys in May 2021 as part of the acquisition of Crescendo ERP from Efficiency Partners, LLC. She was a member of the original Efficiency Partners team that formed in 2006 and has been in a long-term relationship (over 28 years!) with the same ERP system since May 1994, through her previous jobs. She is a Crescendo subject matter expert and is personally committed to taking excellent care of her customers, many of whom had worked with Efficiency Partners for decades.
Donna currently lives in a rural town in Upstate NY and is a member of a group called Street Soldiers that feeds homeless and individuals in need in neighboring Albany and Rensselaer communities. Her passion for helping others is evident by the number of amazing people, both volunteers and recipients, she has met since she began serving with them in April of 2019. When Donna isn't working with people solving problems and helping to make their jobs and lives easier, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her dogs. Word of her kind and generous nature seems to have gotten around town - just ask her about the chipmunk that comes for sunflower seeds when she calls!

Ed Oldfield is a Senior Software Developer at Zumasys. He works directly with SHIMS customers to support and enhance the software they use in their businesses. Ed helps make sure customers' SHIMS apps and data are always available by keeping SHIMS up to date.
Before coming to Zumasys in 2021, Ed was the President of EAO Computing, a New York-based computing and software development company, for over 30 years. Ed's background at EAO gives him a strong proficiency in MultiValue, which makes him a perfect fit on the Zumasys software development bench.
When he's not working, Ed enjoys tennis, hiking, swimming, and bird watching with his family and friends. Ed also has a PhD in philosophy, and taught at the University of Wisconsin before getting into the computer business.

Elvin Wytko is a Senior Software Developer at Zumasys, where he works with customers and the development staff to implement cutting-edge software capabilities that drive better business outcomes. Before coming to Zumasys in 2020, Elvin worked at Northwest Information Systems.
Elvin has been married to his high-school sweetheart for over 25 years. He loves spending time with his 2 boys, especially playing and watching baseball together. Elvin purchased an authentic pizza oven from Portugal and is honing the craft of making pizza. He also enjoys cooking on his smoker BBQ and sharing his creations with family and friends.

Hyrum Tuttle is a Network Administrator in the IT Support team at Zumasys. Hyrum was previously a Systems Administrator and Help Desk representative at Total Computing Solutions (TCS), a Utah-based provider of MultiValue database solutions for higher education retail customers. Hyrum joined the Zumasys team in 2019 when TCS was acquired by Zumasys.
At TCS, Hyrum was responsible for product support and administration for SmartSuite, a complete software-as-a-service portfolio for retail management, specifically for campus bookstores. Built on a MultiValue database platform, SmartSuite integrates everything from point of sale to accounts payable, stock, and merchandising-even financial aid and food services.
In his new role at Zumasys, Hyrum now manages systems administration and IT-related tasks for Zumasys' customers, making sure that the backend infrastructure that customers depend on for their MultiValue applications is up to date and operating efficiently.
Hyrum's career history blends retail and technology, giving him a unique perspective into the needs of his customers. He is excited to help customers modernize the look and feel of their applications-including SmartSuite-while preserving their technology investments. Hyrum will be assisting customers from the Zumasys office in Utah.

Before joining Zumasys in 2019, Jake was a software integration program manager for merchant processing and technology implementation at Total Computing Solutions (TCS), a Utah-based provider of MultiValue database solutions for higher education retail customers. Jake joined the Zumasys team when TCS was acquired by Zumasys in 2019.
Jake started at TCS doing a variety of customer support and technical roles including testing, quality assurance, and technical support. Jake soon began managing product releases and development, including the TotaLink product line, which provides merchant processing and accounting services for retail customers using MultiValue databases.
At Zumasys, Jake will continue to manage the company's TotaLink credit card processing software for the merchant industry as the two companies prepare to bring the product to the general marketplace. TotaLink's PCI-compliant software enables retail organizations to process credit card payments easily and effectively, featuring dramatically reduced fees, tokenized transactions and vaulting, and EMV chip payments.
In his first months at Zumasys, Jake led the transition for TCS customers from Rocket's Universe database to the embedded OpenQM database. Jake is looking forward to building in the MV Connect dashboard via AccuTerm into the TCS software set, giving customers a way to access their data and applications through a hosted environment that is modern and easy to use.
In his off hours, Jake loves spending time with his son in the great outdoors. He's an avid hunter, hiker, and fisherman. Jake also enjoys riding mules across the southern Utah desert.

Mark Brady is a Senior Developer and Business Analyst, providing guidance and custom programming service to customers to help solve their business issues. Mark is currently engaged in migrating customers to the jBASE MultiValue database platform.
Before coming to Zumasys in 2020, Mark worked for Alternative Systems, a provider of custom software applications. Alternative Systems was a VAR for Motorola, DG, Fujitsu, Atos, and other leading companies. During his time with the company, Mark helped create many business applications including software for the hospital industry, wholesale distributors, manufacturers, fishing, and more.
Mark has participated in organized soccer for over 50 years. He enjoys engaging in a competitive environment outside the workplace, as well as maintaining physical health and nurturing friendships he's created over the years. Mark has also been riding horses competitively and recreationally for nearly 25 years. When he's not busy playing soccer or riding his horse, he enjoys designing and building furniture as well as doing home improvement projects.

Tom Turkington is a Software Support Engineer at Zumasys, where he provides primary-level support for the Proman application, which includes programming in jBASE and resolving database and Windows issues for Zumasys customers. Tom is also working with the MVDBTOOLKIT to develop a REST interface with Avalara's Sales Tax API.
Before coming to Zumasys in 2020, Tom was a software developer for Proco, a Windows VAR for jBASE and Proman manufacturing software. He's been coding since high school, and has worked with a variety of systems including IBM VM/CMS, SCO Unix, Unify RDBMS, and Unidata.
Tom has lived all over the United States, including Virginia, California, Missouri, and Washington. He even lived in Germany for a spell! He has a degree in English Literature from the University of Washington, and he spent 2 years in the Peace Corps living in Tunisia, North Africa.
