"BIOTECH FOUNDATION" was set up for promoting Education, Training and Research in Genetics and Biotechnology. Our first dream child named "INSTITUTE OF GENETIC ENGINEERING" (IGE) was born in 1st September in 2003 affiliated to University of Kalyani and opened with under graduate course in Biotechnology. Next year in 2004 we have added Microbiology, Genetics and Molecular Biology under the same University... India's Top College in the field of Biotechnology, Genetics, Microbiology, Molecular Biology with world class laboratory.
