Created in 1997 by Jacques Empinet, CONTROLSYS started its activity in the domains of electronic engineering and industrial data. From 2003, CONTROLSYS sets up several technical development and production poles of turnkey systems and tests equipment for electrical rotating equipment and buffer energy storage systems. ControlSys also carries out industrial process automation projects, high performance control system development in domains of aeronautic, space, railways, automotive and medical. With the takeover of JFA Electronics in 2008, CONTROLSYS strengthened its expertise in power electronics and branched into designing its own range of power conversion equipment (AC and DC power supplies, AC/DC and frequency converters, electronic loads and batteries test benches)... The SMART GRID defines a smart electricity network that uses computer technology to optimize the energy production, distribution and consumption.
