MEAT FIXIN'S

The name was inspired by the fact that they're both named Jeff...hence the JJ. And they both love smoking meat! Jeff Thurman, originally from Kansas City, has been smoking meats for years--primarily on smokers he's built. He's worked as a chef and is responsible for creating the initial recipes for the current rub selection. Jeff McGlosson, a native Ohioan and veteran of the Army National Guard, has only been smoking meat for about four years. He's still perfecting his technique. While not the flavor master, he is the taste tester extraordinaire.
