Amanda Cecconi - CMO

Amanda brings 30 years of marketing leadership to Koha Health including a long history of positioning growth stage companies for success. For the past 14 years she's been at the helm of Punching Nun Group, a healthcare marketing consultancy located in Nashville TN. With expertise based on working with more than 100 companies in every facet of healthcare service and technology she is dedicated to generating high impact leads supporting sales growth, facilitating the expansion of companies from regional to national and positioning healthcare tech-enabled service organizations as thought leaders. Prior to Punching Nun, she was chief marketing officer for Nashville startup Change Healthcare, and had senior marketing roles with Cybera, Covad, and Cendant Corporation. Amanda earned a BS in Economics from Saint Vincent College and a Master's in Business Administration from Wayne State University. A collegiate basketball player, Amanda remains admittedly competitive. She continues to serve as a member of the board at Saint Vincent and on several non-profits in the Nashville community where she lives with her husband and three adult children.

Amy Cerruti

A strategic thinker, Amy is willing to ask the difficult questions and challenge the status quo. She has learned to lead through candor, humor, vulnerability, and gratitude. With over 30 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle and IT, Amy is responsible for growing the Koha Health business. She'll do so with her customer-first mindset and her commitment to always be learning.

Bill Poliquin

Job Titles:
  • Senior Controller
Bill Poliquin brings over 40 years of business management experience. As the Controller, Bill oversees all financial aspects of the company. Bill works closely with all the departments to achieve our corporate goals. He monitors daily activity and reconciles all bank and loan accounts. He maintains our corporate books, oversees the Accounting Department, and assists in Federal and State tax returns. Bill is an alumnus of Bentley College.

Brad Cox

  • VP of Revenue Cycle Operations
Brad Cox brings more than 15 years of Revenue Cycle operations expertise to Koha Health. Brad's specialties include revenue cycle management, practice performance, operations management, project management, process improvement, and team and individual development. He has a successful track record of optimizing operational performance through strategic planning, process improvement, configuration management, and best practice customer service improvements. Brad earned his undergraduate degree in Management, MIS, and Marketing from Purdue University where he also attained a Master's in Business Administration. Brad is a family man who enjoys the outdoors and physical activity with his daughters. These activities include running, soccer, biking, ice skating, horseback riding, gymnastics, and yoga. Brad is a self-proclaimed baker and grill master. He and his family are adventurous and relish travel and new experiences.

Brian Hall - CEO, President

By providing overall financial, operational and strategic leadership, Brian takes overall responsibility for the growth and performance of the company. He is continually evaluating our technology, offerings, and partners to ensure that Koha Health remains at the forefront of our industry.

Cheryl Nelson

Job Titles:

Cheryl focuses on building and promoting our client relationships and developing strong partnerships. She has extensive experience in analyzing metrics and trends, and identifying practice revenue issues. She has a proven ability to reduce accounts receivable by identifying operational gaps and driving successful process improvements. Prior to joining Koha Health, Cheryl held a senior manager position at one of the largest revenue cycle firms in the US.

Chris Fay - CIO

Chris has overall responsibility for the technology, security and client on-boarding at Koha Health. Chris has over 25 years of experience with designing and implementing business solutions in large, medium and small organizations. Under Chris' guidance, Koha Health has implemented various cutting-edge technologies and has the ability to interface with over 20 different EMR and practice management systems. Chris has been with Koha Health for 12 years.

Dannielle Murray

Dannielle Murray joined Koha Health in early September of 2020 as one of our RCM Directors. She has brought many years of experience in revenue cycle management and operations to our Koha Health Team. Dannielle's experience awards her the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively and efficiently, and solve difficult problems making her a valued member of the team. She does all this with her contagious and infectious positive attitude. Currently, Dannielle is head of our Ortho Pod and Multi-Specialty Pod, where she oversees all operations and activity for Accounts Receivable, RCM, Specialty Billing, and Coding.

Dee Rountree

Passionate about developing long lasting relationships, Dee prioritizes getting to the heart of what really matters to those she meets. A positive thinker, active listener, and collaborative problem solver with over 30 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle and client experience, Dee leads the client experience program for Koha Health. Her work includes nurturing the happiness and well-being of our clients, elevating the entire client experience, and proactively enhancing the value provided by our services for our clients. Dee enjoys hanging out with her family and sharing favorite activities including: baking cakes, paddle boarding, and exploring the beach.

Elise Estes

Elise's primary responsibility includes providing operational oversight and workflow improvements. In addition, she has responsibility for our patient experience, coding, charge and payment reconciliation, denial management and revenue integrity teams. Elise has been responsible for implementing, overseeing and reconciling our robust e-pay and mobile pay solutions. She leverages her 10 plus years of RCM operation experience to improve outcomes and coordinate with our account executives to ensure our clients maximize their results.

Gail Yazbek

Gail has been with Koha Health for over 18 years in a range of supporting roles, most notably developing and implementing our credentialing and contracting service department. It is her responsibility to oversee credentialing and enrollment activities for over 250 physicians. This includes developing and maintaining workflows, processes, performance metrics, and management tools for performance excellence. In addition, Gail embraces this leadership role and maintains great working relationships with our clients, provider organizations, and affiliated insurance companies.

Jody Holt - CFO

Jody Holt brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations to Koha Health with a track record of positioning companies for strategic growth. At Koha Health, Jody's focus is implementing process and procedures based on best practice to ensure the ability to support clients at scale. Jody will come alongside the team to strategize the business to position Koha Health for growth and value creation. Jody began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), has led finance at numerous companies and is a CPA. She earned a B.S. in Accounting with Honors from The Pennsylvania State University. Jody enjoys the great outdoors including hiking, running, skiing and being with friends and family.

Pam Altner

With nearly 30 years in the industry, Pam is responsible for leading our Coding Department. She has developed a unique set of skills through her various experiences in healthcare that make her an exceptional coding leader and mentor. Pam's clinical roots makes her interactions with providers both productive and interactive. Her ability to analyze clinical records along with her keen knowledge of coding and billing regulations helps her and her team maintain our client's compliance and maximize reimbursement. Her credentials include Certified Professional Coder, Certified Orthopedic Specialty Coder, and Certified Professional Medical

Shannon Hathaway

With 20 years of Leadership and Human Resource experience, Shannon is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function and assisting with establishing vision and direction for the full complement of core development programs, policies, and services. This includes coaching and guidance to the Team at Koha Health to match Client and Employee satisfaction. Shannon joined the Koha Health Team in 2020 and had previously held director-level roles in a variety of industries ranging from retail to technology and manufacturing. She holds a Bachelor's in Business from Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work, you'll find her skiing the slopes throughout New England with her family.

Stefenie Sappet

Stefenie has over 15 years of experience in healthcare with a focus on revenue cycle management and currently has responsibility for over 125 providers. She has deep expertise in work-flow improvement, technology utilization, and RCM optimization. She is a trusted strategic advisor and consultant for our clients on the constantly changing healthcare landscape. Stef has her AS in Healthcare Management from UMass Lowell.
