Kosushi is opening its doors in the heart of Miami Beach's South Pointe neighborhood to introduce the best sushi from São Paulo, Brazil. For the past 30 years, under the command of chef George Koshoji, Kosushi has been offering a unique culinary experience to its customers, combining authentic and contemporary Japanese cuisines. For the past five years, Kosushi has been awarded with a Michelin Star in Brazil. In Miami, guests can enjoy traditional Kosushi dishes, along with Miami exclusive Asian fusion creations artfully crafted by Executive Chef Edwin Delgado.
