We started out as a family run business back in 2009. Over the years we have grown and we have coaches and members whom have been a part of Lions Den for over 13 years now!! We pride ourselves on the family like bond our members and programs have with everyone pushing each other to achieve each others goals . Some goals may be to get into shape , some may be to help a child's confidence or social needs, others may want to compete . As a family we make sure those goals are not only met but surpassed... East Greenbush Martial Arts . Lions Den Martial Arts is the premiere school for Self Defense and Martial Arts. Come learn disciplines that actually work in real life situations. We offer classes in Jiu Jitsu , Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing ,MMA , Judo and Wrestling seving East Greenbush , Albany ,Rensselaer , Troy and surrounding areas.
