Lucky KT began their company with the idea of catering to artisan Cantonese chefs. The Wok Hei process is popularized from the Southern China region and is used in a staple dish known as Beef Chow Fun (干炒牛河). Today Lucky KT has expanded its product line to include Pho, Wonton, Chow Mein, E-Fu, and Pancit. It was the pioneering ideas from Head Chef Mike Wong and 3 vital partners that provided daily hand-crafted top-quality noodles that are used in regions as far as Guam. It's no wonder that Lucky KT is the brand local chefs trust to continually impress their diners.
