MMMCA

The Metropolitan Marine Maintenance Contractors' Association, Inc. ("MMMCA") is a not-for profit trade association comprised of 21 member companies doing business in the Port of New York and New Jersey (the "Port") that employ members of the International Longshoremen's Association and its affiliated locals, ILA Local 1804-1 and ILA Local 1814 (the "ILA")... The primary function of the MMMCA is to act as the collective bargaining unit for its member companies. Work covered by the Association's members are set forth in its three collective bargaining agreements with the ILA. The present agreements first took effect on January 1, 2019 and will stay in effect through December 31, 2024.
