LTD, collects used plastic pallets and plastic cases according to type, color, etc. The collected materials are then crushed, cleaned, dehydrated, and processed into flakes for recycling. The processing line are divided into 3 steps: (1) remove of rubber and metal pieces from used plastic through specific gravity separation, (2) plastic cleansing, and (3) reuse as high-quality recycled raw materials for molding manufacturers. Through the process from collection to manufacture, conventional plastics can be filtered out from pellets.
