Our mission is to promote community inclusion while providing superior services to persons with various disabilities. By putting the person first, we help them achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life... Bridging Community Resources assists and supports a diverse group of individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our programs aim to change the narrative by fostering independence through community integration training. We reinforce practices to develop a strong awareness of self-advocacy, safety, personal health and hygiene, nutrition, physical fitness, and emergency procedures... We provide Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Resources, allowing individuals to self-advocate and learn about diverse lifestyles.
