NEW SCHOOL INITIATIVES

New School Initiatives (NSI) exists to identify groundbreaking tools that are being developed to transform education. We are re-organized from the CAN Scholastic Foundation and the MING Education and Technology Foundation. We promote examples of best practices in competency-based and project-based learning (PBL) education internationally, such as Mastery Transcript Consortium (MTC)... We are a team of educators, headed by Nancy Stewart and supported by a team of seasoned educators and investors (Dr. Jianli Wang, Greg Curtis, Nick Elhers and Dr. Eduardo Sanchez) who are passionate about the current revolution in education... Established to support and promote transformational tools for competency based and project-based learning for the revolution in education.
