We are focused on seizing investment opportunities generated by the post financial crisis "New Normal" economy... New Normal Investments is also currently working with a network of developers, deal sponsors, and investors to identify, launch and fund opportunistic, value-add CRE projects. Current opportunities include condo de-conversions, broken HOA deals, and ground up developments of multi-family, single family and/or mixed use projects... In an alternative initiative (i.e. non-real estate), New Normal Investments actively manages investments in the legal cannabis industry, which we believe is poised for explosive growth over the next 10 years. We are building a significant portfolio of equity positions in leading cannabis companies in legal jurisdictions in North America.
