Joel Williams

Joel Williams joined Aequor in 2015 through its acquisition of Therapy Staff. Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of business operations across Aequor's business units. Prior experience includes President of the Allied Division at Supplemental Healthcare and VP of Finance at CareerStaff. Received BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA from the University of Houston.

Kamalpreet S. Virdi

Kamalpreet S. Virdi is the CEO and Chairman for the Aequor Group of Companies. His education includes Executive Education in Accounting at Columbia University, MS in Computer Science at New Jersey Institute of Technology, and BS in Biochemistry at Rutgers University. Under Kamalpreet's leadership, Aequor has been recognized repeatedly by Top Work Places, SIA Best Staffing Firms to Work For, Top Ten Asian American Business Awards, Top 100 Mobile Apps Vendors, among many others.

Logan Frank

Logan Frank has over nine years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry in the per diem, home health, allied and travel nursing sectors. He began his career in healthcare as a nurse recruiter and has progressed in his career into his role as the Director of Operations here at USSI. He prides himself on being available to all of the healthcare professionals that USSI is blessed to work with as he believes in giving the highest level of customer service to those he works with. Logan is focused on helping further the careers of each individual team member as well as the overall growth of the company. Communication and collaboration are key factors in the growth of USSI, characteristics he learned from his extensive soccer career at the collegiate and professional level. Logan lives in Rancho Palos Verdes, California with his wife and daughters.

Manmeet Virdi

Manmeet Virdi works as a Chief Executive Officer for the Aequor Group of Companies, which was founded in 1998. Manmeet earned a BS in Computer Science and MS in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and completed an Executive Education Program in Management from Columbia Business School. He has served on the Board of Trustees for Rutgers Preparatory School since 2013 and has been an advisor to the Sikh American Chamber of Commerce.
