Currently, Bryan is making significant strides at at our firm, where he excels in managing and renovating properties from top to bottom. His work is distinguished by the unique and refined touch he brings to each project, drawing on the interior design expertise he gained during his tenure at WerFrank, a renowned Interior Design firm.

Jennifer gained her real estate roots by negotiating short sales during the 2008 real estate collapse. Realizing that she needed to help people during the crisis, she successfully helped all her clients avoid foreclosure. Shortly after she became a licensed realtor and worked the market in Miami Beach. She has since relocated to Los Angeles and now Irvine, where she actively services the Southern California. Licensed in California, she also maintains her license in Florida.
Jennifer is a mother of three children and loves to keep active with boxing, swimming and long walks with her children and dogs around her Great Park neighborhood. She is an enthusiastic member of her community, participating and organizing many local initiatives both socially and philanthropically. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, anything outdoors, photography, fitness and crafting with her children.
Jennifer is a sun-belt resident by way of Illinois. Growing up she played soccer, was an avid literary lover, problem solver, and social butterfly. She decided to travel the world after high school and immerse herself in various cultures. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, focusing in Communications and Psychology.
Mengjia Hu is a marketing specialist in the real estate industry, focusing on digital and social media marketing. She earned a Master's degree in Digital Social Media from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of California, Riverside. Mengjia excels at developing impactful content and orchestrating social media campaigns that significantly enhance brand visibility and engage diverse audiences. Her professional experience includes leading numerous marketing initiatives that have substantially improved consumer engagement and brand awareness across various platforms. William brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and private lending. Throughout his extensive real estate career, William has had vast experience working with brokers, agents, principals, escrow, title, and lenders. In addition, he is knowledgeable in acquiring small to large real estate and note portfolios from financial institutions. This experience provides him with a unique perspective that he shares with his clients.
William is a long-time resident of Orange County. He attended University of California, Irvine where he received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Henry Samueli School of Engineering and his MBA from UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business. William is also a triathlete and has finished the IRONMAN 140.6 in Tempe Arizona. In his free time, William enjoys swimming, cycling, hiking, camping, and anything outdoors.
