Bill Armstrong

Bill was born at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska, his father, a World War II Veteran served in Guam in the Pacific theatre. His grandfather, an American fighter pilot with the RAF flew a Sopwith Camel and was wounded in an aerial dogfight over Belgium in WWI. After several transfers, including living in Germany for 5 years, Bill's family settled in Maryland. With almost 40 years in the real estate industry, Bill has been active at all 3 levels of the Realtor organization. He served 3 terms as treasurer of the National Association of Realtors, the largest professional trade association in the world. Currently, he serves as NAR's Global Ambassador to France and Andorra. In 2000 Armstrong served as President of the Maryland Association of Realtors where he was the founding chairman of the "Partnership for Housing Foundation." Bill has been an active investor in multiple development and income producing projects. Bill majored in business with a concentration in Real Estate at East Carolina University and served for 17 years on the Advisory Board for the Johns Hopkins University, Masters program in Real Estate, part of the Carey Business School. Bill and his wife Pam live in Damascus, Maryland. They have 3 children.

Connie McNabb

Brigadier General (TX) Connie McNabb DVM is a Veteran of 23 years of service in the United States Air Force and the Texas Air National Guard. She was the Chief of the Joint Staff for the entire Texas National Guard from 2009 through 2011 and was the Senior Medical Planner for all Air Force and Air National Guard Support to Texas' Hurricane Season 2008. As Chief of Staff, she was responsible for a $500 million budget and over 25,000 troops and personnel actively engaged in multiple overseas and homeland deployments and Contingency response operations. She represented the Guard in numerous State Agency and National Guard focus groups addressing the challenges of PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury and Military Sexual Trauma for returning Veterans and their families as soldiers and airmen returned to their civilian lives but were forever impacted by their experiences on the battlefield. After retirement in 2014, Dr. Mcnabb studied at Texas A&M, Bush School of Government and earned a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management. She actively supports Veteran organizations such as Lone Survivor Foundation and the VFW to overcome the current Veteran Suicide Epidemic and seek the methods and means to address the monumental challenges our Veterans and Military families face every day. Texas called once more. She returned from retirement to command and re-organize several hundred medical professionals and troops in the Texas State Guard, Medical Component to become the essential medical manpower element to Texas' Medical Evacuation Air Hubs during disaster. She was the Senior Officer for a massive, total force Air Evacuation Hub during Hurricane Harvey at Bush Intercontinental In less than 48 hrs., they were prepared to move 8000+ hospital patients by military airlift if the regional Hospital system called.

Dale Enderlin - COO

Dale received his BBA in accounting from Sam Houston State University in 1981. He started his career working 3 years for Arthur Young, Houston and spent another few years at a W.C. Marshall and Associates before venturing out on his own. Today he has over 30 years' experience in tax and accounting in the Houston area. Dale has been working with the foundation since 2012 on a consulting basis as well as volunteering at several events. He spends his free time attending baseball games as well as riding his motorcycle across the beautiful country roads of Texas. His tie to the military is a father who served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years in the late 50's.

David Spector

David is a native from SE Texas and received both his undergrad degree and MBA from the University of Texas Austin. As the Managing Partner as well as one of the founders of Radical Firearms he has grown the company from it's infant stages to where it is today. He is also the main proponent of Radical Defense which is a Tier 1 and Tier 2 defense contractor providing mission specific defense solutions to modern day issues. David is a huge philanthropist, and has donated to multiple foundations such as youth, law enforcement and military based charities. In his free time, he enjoys travel with his wife and two children.

John "Spike" Garcia

John "Spike" Garcia retired at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant after 26 years of honorable service with the US Air Force.  He deployed with his F-16 fighter squadron in two combat tours at Balad, Iraq in 2005 and 2007.  He served as the Non-Commissioned Officer-In-Charge (NCOIC) of the fighter squadron flight scheduling shop and operations superintendent.  After retiring from the military, he was Project Manager in the oil and gas services for five years.  He has been an advocate for military, veterans and their families for over a decade and served on several veteran service organization boards. John is honored to report for duty at the Lone Survivor Foundation.

Kristal graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and in 2018 with a Master's Degree in Education Administration. For more than twenty years, she has devoted time as a volunteer and board member to various non-profit organizations including Huntsville Junior Service League, Walker County Fair Association and Walker County Warrior Banquet. Her roles with those organizations include co-chair of silent and live auction committees, volunteer organizer and event chairman. Kristal's military connections include her father who served in the United States Army, both grandfathers that served in World War II and many extended family members serving in other branches of the military going back several generations. Kristal enjoys spending her free time with friends and family and watching her nephews' soccer and baseball games.

Lorenzo is currently an analyst at Fertitta Capital, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles CA. Lorenzo is responsible for supporting the investment team on all aspects of an investment's execution, from initial due diligence through final close and ongoing asset management. Lorenzo graduated from Villanova University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, where he majored in Finance and minored in Managerial Information Systems. Lorenzo began his college career playing D1AA football for Villanova for 3 years, where he played cornerback. While at Villanova, Lorenzo completed an internship with Zeke Capital focused on supporting the investment team on research and various investment related projects.

Morgan Sierra - COO

Morgan Sierra retired from the U.S. Army with 20 years of service as a Military Police.  During her last few years in the Army, Morgan served as Sexual Assault Response Coordinator where she worked with sexual assault survivors and found her passion for helping people during traumatic times.  Her work with sexual assault survivors is what led her to join the ORWF Volunteer Force. Her military career has allowed her to serve in a wide variety of positions including Patrol/Explosive Detector Dog Handler, Battalion Operations Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, Recruiter, and Military Police Patrolman to name a few. She remains very engaged in the military community as an Army spouse and as a volunteer Family Readiness Group Leader at Fort Bragg, N.C. Morgan truly believes in service to our nation and community. She feels that even after the military it is important to continue to serve.  Morgan enjoys working with other community partners to find the best help for service members and their families who are in need. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, spending time with family and close friends, and entertaining.

Tim Byrom has owned his own business since 1976. He has served as a board member and board chair for All Saint's Episcopal School and Junior Warden for St. Stephens and St. Mark's Episcopal Churches. He is currently service on the executive board for Garth House, which is a nonprofit child advocacy group that represents physically, sexually and mentally abused children. Tim has been married to his wife Susan for 34 years, and has two sons, Brian and Clint Byrom, who are currently in charge of BRINT Construction, Inc.
