Mr Sengi is a Principal founder and Executive Director of the Joint Venture Company, OSS-Orogen Ltd. He commenced his career at the University of Papua New Guinea, studying and achieving a Bachelor of Journalism (Political Science and International Relations). Mr Sengi has had a diverse and highly successful career both in the Public and Private Sector. He enjoyed a long and distinguished 27 year within the Department of Foreign Affairs, serving in diplomatic posts, Ministerial advisory and Secretarial positions. This has included being the principle advisor to the Minister of Petroleum and Energy, Police Minister and assisted in the management of the Office of the Prime Minister on several different occasions.

Mr. Mathew Marks

Mr Marks is also a ‘Principal founder' and is the ‘Director of Operations and Special Projects' of the Joint Venture Company, OSS-Orogen Ltd. Mr Marks began his career at the University of Adelaide where he studied and achieved a Bachelor of Arts (Politics/History). Naturally interested in the Security and Defence Sectors he was a Director, Trainer,and Course Designer for a security and firearms training company, as well as its Operations Manager.

Mr. Shane Wright

Mr Wright is also a ‘Principle Founder' and is the ‘Director of Education & Compliance' of the Joint Venture Company, OSS-Orogen Ltd. Mr Wright began his adult education career back in the early 1990's, where he studied and successfully completed the ‘Train the Trainer' program, this and his Degree in Martial Science and his many other qualifications in Health & Fitness, Sports Coaching and Auditing drew him to design and run Health & Fitness education training programs for the fitness industry throughout Australia. It wasn't until 2004 that he was introduced to the national training sector and with this, his passion grew and he was even more determined to help others achieve their goals. In 2013 Mr Wright was introduced to Mr Mathew Marks through his wife (Jane Marks - General Manager of Marksman security) and his father (Mr Andrew Marks - Owner/Operator of Marksman Security), it was through this introduction that their friendship and business interest developed. Between 2010 and 2018, Mr Wright consulted to many governments agencies and developing organisations for education, compliance and ‘business 2 business' development these include;
