James is a Los Angeles based director and writer. His additional skills as a commercial producer have allowed him to see the creative process from all sides, taking an idea from conception through completion. He's directed projects in fiction, non-fiction, and commercial spaces. James' first feature script ONE MORE, PLEASE was featured as a "Script To Watch" on The Black List's list of Trending Scripts in 2020. Another script PEANUT BUTTER was selected in the Second Round of the 2020 Austin Film Festival Screenwriting Competition, placing it in the top 20% of over 13,000 scripts. He's currently in development and/or writing on a number of script projects, all of which are available upon request.
