Our Behavior Technicians undergo over 40 hours of training before starting at Pavo, and they are supervised and trained by our BCBAs on an ongoing basis... Pavo Behavioral Therapy was started by a mother of two children on the autism spectrum. She was first introduced to ABA in 2008 when her oldest daughter began receiving services.
