Jared Stimpson is Perry County Memorial Hospital's Chief Executive Officer. He started at PCMH on May 15, 2023.
Stimpson has over 20 years of healthcare financial and operational experience. He has an extensive background in rural Critical Access Hospitals, in addition to for-profit facilities. Most recently, he served as Regional CFO and Director of Affiliated Hospitals for Deaconess Health System in Evansville. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Weber State University and Master of Business Administration from Aspen University. He is a member of the National Rural Health Association's Rural Health Policy Congress as well as an active Board member for several healthcare financial institutions.

Michael West, Jr. MD is certified by the American Board of Surgery with a fellowship in Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery. Dr. West is the premier choice for your surgical needs. Nick Harley has over 20 years of experience working in Healthcare, with the last 12 years being spent in management positions. Much of his career has focused on physician relations and practice management. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brescia University and a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern Indiana. He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and the Indiana Rural Health Association. Nick and his wife, Crystal, have two daughters. Nick enjoys spending time with his family, watching his daughters' sports activities, and playing golf.

Randall J. Russell is Perry County Memorial Hospital's Chief Financial Officer. He started at PCMH on April 17, 2023.
Randy has extensive experience directing hospital financial and administrative operations and has a comprehensive background in strategic and long-term planning and financial analysis. Most recently, he served as CFO of Ascension St. Vincent Evansville. He received his Bachelor's in Economics from USI and Master's in Business Administration from Ball State University.
Randy is originally from Evansville, IN and has three sons and one daughter. In his free time, Randy enjoys running, going to the gym, and reading.
