Gina graduated from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy in May 2017 with a Doctorate in Pharmacy. Following graduation, she moved to Albuquerque, NM where she did her Post Graduate Year 1 pharmacy residency at the VA Medical Center. After residency, Gina completed her 200 Hr Yoga Alliance training at Hot Yoga Downtown and started working as a clinical staff pharmacist. After going plant-based in 2016, Gina decided to pursue further education by obtaining a Plant Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell University. The program, created by Thomas Campbell, one of the leading physicians in plant-based medicine allowed her to expand upon her knowledge base and create the idea for this business. She specializes in helping patients integrate mindfulness techniques and addressing limiting beliefs that have blocked them from losing weight, lowering their blood pressure, staying active, and living their best lives.
